About the Position
Thatsup is now looking for Account Managers for its rapidly growing digital initiative, Thatsup Web. A comprehensive service where they build attractive, smart, and comprehensive websites for local businesses, from cafes and restaurants to large, well-known hotel chains. The product already represents a stable part of the company's revenue, and now they are ramping up further with a new sales team dedicated to this service.
You will be part of a tight-knit team where you drive the entire sales process: from prospecting to closed deals and long-term customer relationships. Initially, you will focus on new customer acquisition, while in the long run, you will also be responsible for follow-up, upselling, and project management in collaboration with the design and development teams.
Your Future Responsibilities The role requires a strong internal drive, structure, and long-term thinking, but you will have access to a documented sales process, ready-made scripts, and support from colleagues and management. For example, you will:
- Identify new customers, primarily within restaurants, hotels, and other local businesses
- Contact leads via phone and digital channels
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, both digitally and physically
- Work variably between field, office, and remote
- Manage onboarding and project management for the customer after the deal
- Follow up and create upselling opportunities within your own customer base
We are looking for someone who Ideally has experience in telemarketing or has sold digital services before. But the most important thing is that you have a high drive, are willing to reach out, and enjoy taking responsibility for your own results. You don't need to be a website expert, but you should have an interest in understanding the business and learning. Additionally, you have:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B
- Experience in proactive sales, via phone or in the field
- Good communication skills in Swedish
We consider it a merit if you have
- Experience in selling websites, SaaS, or digital solutions
- Experience in telemarketing with good results
- Experience in project management or independent customer acquisition
As a person, we believe you are a down-to-earth doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear goals and freedom under responsibility. You should have a competitive drive but also the ability to build long-term relationships.
Additional Information
Start: As soon as possible
Location: Stockholm
Scope: Full-time, with flexible working hours.
Employment Type: Permanent with a probationary period
Compensation Model: Base salary + commission + ongoing share of revenue from customer base
